Un-Reimbursed Health Benefits Cafeteria (Section 125)
- The Township of Ocean School District offers an optional pre-tax 125 Cafeteria Plan for qualifying un-reimbursed health costs to all of its full time employees through OCA Benefit Services LLC.

Medical, dental, prescription, vision care, orthodontic, physical therapy, chiropractics, acupuncture, psychotherapy, or any other heath expense as outlined in the Cafeteria Plan. |
$3,300.00 annual maximum via a pre-tax payroll deduction from employee's salary |
- New employees who must contribute towards family health insurance medical premium may use the 125 Cafeteria Plan to pay the premiums with pre-tax dollars.
